- Proceeds for all of our items are donated unless otherwise stated. For more information, visit the individual item listing page.
- “Proceeds” refers to all generated revenue from the sale of an item, minus cost and tax. We do not donate ‘some’ of the proceeds. I (Alexis) work 3 other jobs to fund these products up front. I do not receive a cut from these sales; I pay myself back for that upfront product cost ONLY.
- Non-charity items fund our operating costs (website, social media ads, packaging supplies). Any additional capital goes toward new items for you!
- Order processing takes 4-7 business days. Please ensure you will receive your tracking confirmation and number in the allotted time-frame.
- Tracking will not become available immediately! Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for USPS to receive the package and to scan it at the origin facility.
- If you receive a damaged package, or if your item/s are lost in the mail, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
- Unfortunately we do not yet offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Feel free to contact us for more information, or if you’d like to stock our products.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost or damaged after purchase.
- Due to limited quantities of many of items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you’re sent the wrong item).
